Day 1 – Monday 09/11/2026: Arrival in Genoa, Italy

Fly from London Stansted to Genoa. Upon arrival, you will be met at the airport and transferred to the Holiday Inn Genoa for your overnight bed and breakfast stay. Spend your evening discovering local trattorias or enjoying a relaxed stroll by the historic harbour. We have personally selected this hotel having stayed there ourselves.

Day 2 – Tuesday 10/11/2026: Embark MSC Sinfonia in Genoa

• Port Departs: 19:00 Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before checking out. You will make your own way to the cruise terminal [Note: please see the Important Information section regarding the mid-trip transfer] to board the beautiful MSC Sinfonia. Settle into your cabin and explore the ship’s elegant lounges before watching the twinkling lights of Genoa fade into the distance at 19:00.

Day 3 – Wednesday 11/11/2026: Livorno (Florence & Pisa), Italy

• Port Arrives: 07:00 | Port Departs: 20:00 Arrive in Tuscany’s primary port. This long day ashore gives you ample time to take an excursion into the rolling Tuscan countryside to visit the Renaissance masterpieces of Florence, or head to nearby Pisa to capture the perfect photograph next to its famous leaning tower.

Day 4 – Thursday 12/11/2026: Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy

• Port Arrives: 07:00 | Port Departs: 19:00 Anchor at the gateway to the Eternal City. From Civitavecchia, you can journey into the heart of Rome to walk the ancient stones of the Colosseum, marvel at the Vatican Museums, or throw a coin into the Trevi Fountain to ensure your return.

Day 5 – Friday 13/11/2026: At Sea

Day 9 – Tuesday 17/11/2026: Genoa, Italy & Return to the UK

• Port Arrives: 08:00 MSC Sinfonia returns to Genoa at 08:00. After disembarkation, your pre-arranged transfer will collect you from the ship and take you directly to the airport for your return flight back to London Stansted.
