The Golden Boarding Pass

Event: Around the World in One Night Date: Tuesday, 24th February 2026 Promoter: the holiday creators

1. The Prize 1.1. There is one (1) prize consisting of a 2-night city break for two people at a destination designated by the holiday creators, including return economy flights and hotel accommodation. 1.2. All other costs associated with the booking (including but not limited to dining, spending money, excursions, transfers, and travel to/from the UK departure airport) will be the sole responsibility of the winner. 1.3. The prize is subject to availability of the airline and hotel. the holiday creators will make every effort to fulfil your preferred dates, but this may not always be possible. 1.4. Blackout dates apply, and the city break is strictly subject to availability.

2. Eligibility & Winner Selection 2.1. The winner must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United Kingdom. 2.2. The winner will be selected by the holiday creators at random from all valid entries received. 2.3. Attendance is mandatory: The draw will take place on the night of the event (Tuesday, 24th February 2026). The prize must be claimed in person at that time. If the drawn winner is not present when their name/number is called, the holiday creators reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

3. Booking & Travel Constraints 3.1. The winner must act as the lead booker and must act as one of the travelling passengers. 3.2. The prize must be booked by no later than 1st September 2026. Failure to book by this date will render the prize void. 3.3. Travel dates for the prize must be completed before 1st November 2026. 3.4. Once the prize booking has been confirmed, it cannot be refunded, changed, or transferred to any other passenger.

4. Travel Logistics 4.1. Although every effort will be made to obtain flights from your closest UK airport, this may not always be possible. 4.2. Any costs relating to transportation, hotel stays, parking, etc., required to reach the UK departure airport will need to be met by the winner, and the holiday creators shall have no responsibility for such costs.

5. Winner Responsibilities 5.1. It is the responsibility of the winner to:

(i) Organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling parties. (ii) Ensure all passports are valid for the destination country. the holiday creators is not responsible for any issues arising from passport or visa validity issues. (iii) Ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including, without limitation, cover for overseas medical costs. (iv) Ensure that the travelling parties adhere to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the holiday creators. 5.2. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the holiday creators of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion(s) when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

6. Health & Safety 6.1. All members of the party are responsible for being up to date with and adhering to any travel and health advice for their destination country. 6.2. The FCDO (UK) and DFA (Ireland) travel advice pages should be checked on a regular basis. the holiday creators will have no responsibility for refusal of travel due to health, travel, or entry requirements not being met.

7. General Terms 7.1. the holiday creators reserves the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this competition. 7.2. Upon booking the prize, the winner will be bound by and subject to the Terms and Conditions of the holiday creators found at: https://theholidaycreators.co.uk/terms under ‘Terms of Business’.
